Where Quality Service Comes Standard

PLEASE CALL FOR RESIDENTIAL AND MOVE IN/ MOVE OUT RATES

The price of cleaning your home is determined by many factors; how often you want the services, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, pets, etc. When you call, we will ask a few quick questions and you will receive your free quote. The initial cleaning will be slightly higher in price. The next scheduled cleaning will be a lower fixed price and will remain the same as long as your needs have not changed.

* Price will be confirmed during onsite visitation.

One time cleanings will be charged by the hour at a rate of $40.00 per hour/person and $60.00 for two persons per hour.

ADDITIONAL CLEANING SERVICES

Deep Clean Kitchen and Bath Combo’s

  • $45 - $90 (small, medium, large, extra large) Kitchen
  • $30 - $75 (small, medium, large, extra large) master bathroom
  • $15 and up – each additional bathroom
* Combo Prices are higher in the kitchen if we have to clean inside the refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. Microwave cleaning is included in the combo price.

Tidy Up Package

  • All rooms dusted, vacuumed, mopped and tidy
  • Ceiling Fans dusted
  • All beds made (linen changed for one bed of choice)
  • Kitchen counters wiped down
  • One bathroom cleaned. (the one of choice)

Kitchen and Bathroom only package

  • Bathroom sinks, tubs and toilets cleaned and sanitized
  • Floors vacuumed and mopped
  • Spot clean kitchen cabinets
  • Wipe and disinfect countertops
  • Microwave cleaned inside and out

Nicci and her team are wonderful.  What makes Tally Rags different from other cleaning companies is the attention to detail that we realize after every visit. Nicci spent the 30 minutes of the first visit walking through our home to ask questions about how we wanted her to clean our house. She's meticulous about putting things back where they belong and asks if she doesn't remember (which is not that often). The house is always *sparkling* when finished and I just love that she will ask me to walk around with her to make sure everything is cleaned to *my* expectations. I have been impressed many times with Tally Rags services, but I would have to say that I was most impressed when she was training a new staff member to put the sheets back on the master bed. I overheard her tell her coworker that my husband had two special pillows and that the cases needed to be a different color than mine. She also explained that a very light beige blanket always went on top because it didn't show our pets hair as bad. She understands that we live a certain way and makes every effort to clean and care accordingly--now that is what I call QUALITY SERVICE.
