What area does Tally Rags Service?
We are currently serving the Charlotte, Mint Hill, Matthews, Indian Trail, Ballantyne and Waxhaw area.

How much do you charge?
The price is determined by the size of the home. Just call Tally Rags and after a few quick questions, you will receive your free quote.

How many people will clean my home?
One to three people will clean your home. The size of your home will determine the number of people.

How long will it take to clean an average home?
The average residential cleaning is between two and four hours.

Do I need to supply anything?
Tally Rags supplies all cleaning supplies and equipment.

How do I make my payment?
We are currently accepting cash, checks, and money orders. (Credit card payments are coming soon)

What is the cancellation policy?
We ask that you give us a 48 hour notice to any changes in your cleaning service.

How do you access my home?
Tally Rags must be able to access your home to provide cleaning services. There are three choices:

1) The most convenient; you may leave a key on file in our key safe.
2) You may leave a key with your doorman.
3) You may meet the cleaner or simply be there while we are providing you with service.

What if something in my home gets broken?
If any damage/loss does occur, simply notify Tally Rags within 24 hours of the cleaning date. We are bonded and insured for your protection.

Nicci and her team are wonderful.  What makes Tally Rags different from other cleaning companies is the attention to detail that we realize after every visit. Nicci spent the 30 minutes of the first visit walking through our home to ask questions about how we wanted her to clean our house. She's meticulous about putting things back where they belong and asks if she doesn't remember (which is not that often). The house is always *sparkling* when finished and I just love that she will ask me to walk around with her to make sure everything is cleaned to *my* expectations. I have never had any other cleaning service that continuously asks, "Is everything to your satisfaction?" She really does care about the finer details because she loves taking care of homes.

I have been impressed many times with Tally Rags services, but I would have to say that I was most impressed when she was training a new staff member to put the sheets back on the master bed. I overheard her tell her coworker that my husband had two special pillows and that the cases needed to be a different color than mine. She also explained that a very light beige blanket always went on top because it didn't show our pets hair as bad. She understands that we live a certain way and makes every effort to clean and care accordingly--now that is what I call QUALITY SERVICE.
